Lena has 30 years experience with weight training and over a decade which cosisted in Professional Fitness contests.
She has taken her own body to single digit body fat % levels about 20 times, while still maintaining feminine lines and great a post contest balance.
Today, she is not striving for the ripped stage-look, but rather keeping her classy and feminine physique and TEACH it to other women over 40! Age does not matter when it comes to FEELING your best, looking SEXY and have top ENERGY levels.
Lena has helped hundreds of clients reach their all-time best shape, and now she also helps clients through her online programs. She will stay in daily contact through "Whatsapp" for inspiration and motivation, and weekly/bi-weekly for Skype evaluation. Online programs can be personally customized for either GYM or AT HOME workouts.
